What is Reiki?

Originating from Japan, this practice is based on the belief that vital energy flows through the body. Healing energy is transmitted through the hands to help guide the energy in a way to promote balance and healing.

Each session will be tailored to the client and may include sound healing, crystal infused healing and oracle card guidance.
